To meet your expectations, the American Outlet store has used three ways to place an order so that every customer can choose a convenient way of shopping in our store.

At American Outlet, you can place an order through the store's website at www.americanoutlet.pl. After selecting the purchased product, just add the product to cart by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of the page (+ Add to cart). The system will automatically take you to the page (My Cart), where you can check your items and make any changes. Then you can continue to shop in our store or go to the checkout by clicking the icon in the lower right corner (CHECKOUT ->). After selecting the checkout option system will take you to the page where you need to register, in case we are new customers. Registration consists in providing basic data for shipments such as: (name, address, delivery, email and telephone). In case you are already a customer of American Outlet, please log in if we have not logged in before making the purchase. In the next stage of purchase, you will be required to choose delivery type from the available options (see deliveries). After selecting the type of shipment, you will go to the final stage of purchase, i.e. payment. If chosen delivery option was payment on delivery, you can confirm your purchase by clicking (CONFIRM ORDER) button. Otherwise, select payment method of your choice (PAY THROUGH DOTPAY) or (PAY THROUGH PAYPAL) and the system will automatically transfer you to payment process. Shortly after successful payment you should receive email confirming successful order placement.

Second way to make purchases at the American Outlet is to place an order by sending us an email. Just write an email and send it to the address poczta@americanoutlet.pl. The e-mail should contain catalog numbers of selected products, specify the type of shipment (see Deliveries) and basic shipping data such as: (name, delivery address, e-mail and telephone number for the courier). Orders can be placed by email 7 days a week. Our service will carry them out from Monday to Friday around the clock and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00. After placing the order, our service will send you a return message confirming the order and details for further processing of the order.

To meet your expectations, we have launched the option of placing an order over the phone. Especially for you, we have launched a free helpline open from Monday to Friday around the clock and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00. All you need to do is to prepare the catalog number of selected products and basic data for shipping together with the email address and the contact telephone number for the courier.
